Terms of Service
This training is produced by the Gustavson Service Leadership Program which is a division of Executive Programs, Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria.
By signing up for online training of the Gustavson Service Leadership Program, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the level of service and support Executive Programs will provide to our users. This commitment will evolve over time, with additional knowledge of the client requirements, as well as the introduction of new applications and services supported by Executive Programs.
When you sign up for our online workshops, you agree to use the learning management platform of Thinkific and Google Forms. (Please note that some courses don't use Google Forms and distribute assignments and exercises as word documents.)
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service agreement, our Privacy Policy.
